Never seen it, never felt the effects of it, not one person I know thinks twice about it lol.  Maybe it does, maybe it doesnt play a role. But I been around "street gangs" most of my life, and its not like muhafuckas sit back and say "you know who gotta watch for? The Italian mafia" LOL. The only mafia that plays any role out here is the Mexican mafia, or the drug cartels. And even them, nobodys really stuntin on some everyday street shit.  As far as mafia in Vegas, where? Yeah Jimmy Hoffa was the man no doubt.  When he want to prison his replacement for the time was a real weasel that also rolled over for the Mafia so the mob obviously didn't want Hoffa to regain the top spot with the Teamsters.  Hoffa only went to prison because Robert Kennedy was obsessed with him and made getting Hoffa his #1 top priority.

The report was talking about street gangs overall effect on the city. It isnt referring to one particular hood. And yah, i know Asian and Mexican gangs a lot of times operate under an Asian or Mexican mafia.  Not so much with Black gangs.
