Everytime I think Greatest Hits album, I think singles..

Word, and they left off soe of his dopest ones. Only 14 tracks too, no excuse for leaving off "Multiply" "Front To Back" or "Get Your Walk On", shit they could of even tried to squeeze in "Bitch Please" even though it was a Snoop track...

Fuck a "Hey Now"

In other genre's it's usually considered bad luck to release a GH's collection.
(Superstition that once a GH drop's it's over for the performer)

I forget which bands/artists fought hard never to have GH collections..

When you are makin' a "Best Of" album it should be just the artist's own solo songs, not features or group songs. That's just how i feel.

Yeah, a "Greatest Hits" is definitely the top singles. A CD labeled "The Best Of..." is usually random songs that the artist and others agree upon.

They aren't gonna pay extra money for songs they don't own. It's just a collection of hit songs from his Sony catalog. Nothing from albums or projects made on other labels. In terms of career retrospectives, it's at least better than the Kurupt one they made with his Antra catalog.

"Hey Now" is one of my least favorite Xzibit tracks of all time lol.

i'd switch it with Multiply or Front 2 Back.

i don't understand why he's putting this out, when he has plenty of music/albums/projects on the way. ???

That is because HE (Xzibit) is probably not putting this out.

without a doubt, true.
