cormega has never dissappointed me lyrically, though his beat selection has been meh sometimes

this album should not have that problem though, look at that produced line-up  :o

Really, I always thought Mega has one of the best ears for beats in the entire game.

This could be a contender if he comes like he did on Radiant Jewels!

Can't really argue with that, I'm not sayin' the beats aren't dope, it's just I've disliked some of them.

Some of my favourite Mega shit is in bad quality tho

Phony with Big Noyd
Rhyme For Rhyme with Pun
Goodfellas with Nas
Fuck Nas And Nature

Don't know who produced fuck nas... and phony, sounds like Havoc to me, but those beats are ill.and like I said, cormega never disappoints lyrically

I was just about to ask what was going on with new Cormega. Definitely a favorite of mine though I have to admit I slept on him for a long time.

cormega is a very underrated emcee with IMO two classic albums under his belt. the crazy thing is that he's still spitting as dope as he was back in the 90's. dude hasn't gotten worse over time

Even more so than just being a dope lyricist, he knows how to write some heartfelt shit like "Look At My Life" and "Live Yo Life", which are two of my favorite tracks from him. I also thought "Love In, Love Out" was better than your average diss track because it was more than just some shit about I'm a gangsta and this person is fake and a bitch, he speaks on Nas from a personal level and doesn't even mention his name (Or does he? I can't even recall). It doesn't feel like attacking a famous rapper to get people's attention. It's more about getting some things off his chest about a friend he feels wronged him.

Can't wait, from the leaked song I've heard this project will be another NY monster album for 2009
