Why does the reply box flicker?

i know what you're sayin! it's pissing me off too lol.

if you scroll down far enough or enough quotes force you to reply around...











here (not happening now, must be something with quotes) it flickers from where you are typing back to the top with each character.

it's annoying lol.

at least i am not the only one.. it is getting annoying, and mostly when it comes to correcting typops

& you can't highlight things to delete whole chunks of writing.

btw, it is flickering as i type this post lol.
