Website gives the typical United Parcel Service options wit the typical prices but BEFORE them all, the 1st method listed, it says:

 Table Rate $0.99


Is that the flat out price??

Cuz that's madd cheap compared to the rest and at the checkout it, it's sayin' it's only $.99.. ..are they gon charge me more after I checkout, I mean I know that don't make no sense, BUT this shit seems to good to be true. No? It's not clothing or shoes, it's small anyways but....
