Its going off topic a bit like, but I'd take Cube over Pac just because I think his impact was felt more and he changed hip-hop in more ways, or at least he changed hip-hop for me, in more ways.

Cube had a streak of about 4 classic solo albums in a row at the start of his career, in my opinion 2Pac didn't (even though he had 4 or 5 great albums and one or two were classics).

that may not not be true. check the credits on both it's on and str.8 off tha streetz. the songs that he didn't write he credited to who wrote it. threat wrote both 'sorry louie' and 'my baby's momma' eazy wasn't sayin anything too complex for him not t o write his own but d.o.c and ice did write his early shit. eazy is the real king of the west coast... without him the n.w.a family tree would be as big as it is.

Cause when he raps normally, he's just pedestrian.  Only when he can flow with a slow groove does it empathize his style. Eazy On the other hand wins when it comes 2 the Comedic elements that he retain in all of his albums.

Ice Cube Talked about the Issues 3 straight albums, got persecuted by goverment because he wasn't laying down like a house nigga. I'm not saying the meeting is dope, and it did help solidified Eazy E as a huge Entity on the West Coast, but anyone can clearly see, the fuck did it cause everyone in government considered it a hotbutton issue at the time.
