how do u make music videos into 1080p HD?

I got eazy-e and n.w.a music vids that i'm tryin to make into 1080p HD.I've tryed progams like camtasia studio 6 and both windows movie maker and also converters like Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate and all videos converter but none of my videos ended up 1080p.
Ether the videos stayed the same sizes after the programs finshed rendering or the vids shrunk.

No, there isn't.. if your video is in bad quality, you can't improve it, you have to find a better video somewhere else.

Jome, my videos aren't bad quailty at all there actually in great quialty.I'm not asking how I can improve the quailty of the videos I'm asking how can I turn videos that are 4:3 into 16:9 (1080p) HD without quialty lost.
