now we really need more informations and an interview of Quik and Suga Free

it's information without the -s

Thanks for the english lesson! ;) i've really improved my english since i come here. and i'm not being sarcastic 8) you can prop me for that!

yeah it was no offense of me neither. but I got another one for you: it's "since i came here"...
but it's all good though, we're all making mistakes ;)

I don't see why I would prop you though because you haven't prop'd me neither.

Ok, enough of that offtopic talk. i just have to repeat myself: if such an album will ever see the light of day, you can be sure that I'll cop it on its release date, quote me on that.

This is a solid track, however there's something missing. A musician as high of a caliber as Quik, I was expecting something with more instrumentation on it.

Personally, I was feeling Free's "Im Livin For You" way more than this. Same goes for Quiks "Blaqkout" & "The Appeal".  I'm hopin I can get the feeling for this after a few listens.

Definitively better than most tracks out there.

Now I can't wait for "Book Of David".

Yeah man I hear what you're saying. "Livin for you" is classic, kind of like "Inside out". More serious songs over more instrumental beats. More "serious" songs.

Yep. That's exactly what I'm talking about. I know they can incorporate that fucking amazing melody to their songs. I appreciate the
collaborating though, and at least put something out...that nonsense music out there is tiring!

think some people might have been getting carried away with the fact that its quik & free. the beat isn't really amazing, but i think its the musical direction that people are digging most of all. that funky shit 8)

its certainly very nice, but i never understood the appeal of suga free. like someone else mentioned this is not really a full fledged quik production, more of a warmup i would say...

i'm waiting patiently for when quik tops the classic production on blaqkout like 'hey playa' 'fuck y'all' 'cream n ya panties' and 'the appeal'. we are gonna be in for a TREAT 8)

hey playa is one of the dopest songs to come outta the west in the last decade IMO
and it was miles better than the whole album and it will be better than kurupts, dj quik's, suga free's, etc...albums
that song is damn near a instant classic

Too much ganja man, that song is not that good. That album has like 2-3 good tracks, the rest are garbage. That being said, this track also isn't spectacular. But it could be once it's finished. This gives the potential for some classic Free-Quik tracks. Kurupt is washed up.
