well the review is decent but they should have gave his lyrics an XXL at least on Night Shift.

My highlights are:

Both albums have been on constant rotation since I copped these. Day Shift is amazing! Shit, I'll even say that this is 40's best work since In A Major Way. So many bangers here (This A Boy is crazy, good riding music). Night Shift is dope, too. Only problem I got w/ Night Shift is the beats get repetitive and tiring towards the end. I love that one w/ the Bjork sample. All in all, these are my fav. albums of the year, so far. 42 tracks of E-40 is a hella lot to digest! Props 2 whoever posted the bonus tracks (my Best Buy copies didn't have those).

One of my friends will take a plane to New York next week (if this goddamn cloud of dust curls up finally, lol) and I told him to buy it for me there. I hope they got the version with the bonus tracks over there, I def. need this shit in on my wall.

What's the regular price in the U.S. for that CD? We pay about 20€ over here, way too expensive.

^^Yeah the album did great it's at over 100,000 units, Day Shift and Night Shift each did about 40-45k and then another 20k of the two together as the deluxe (including digital). E-40 gets about 8 bucks a unit so yeah, he's bossing!!

So many (hiphop)albums are not available to us due to licensing issues .......including this one. I read through this thread and thought id give it 20 of my hard earned cash, and low and behold we cant get it via official download!

Shame cuz I was so hyped about it I just needed it there and then (hence why i was going to download it from Itunes) but i couldnt so i got it by other means......which i feel bad about but i wasnt gonna wait god knows how long to get it shipped.......

But im lovin this album! so many dope beats, shocked my radar didnt pick this up back in March lol

Iv tried buying them from USAAmazon but it says at the end of your purchase that im not in the right territory........All the DeathRow albums you cant get here either...........stupid really cuz they are losing out at the end of the day
