i don't believe that people were already anticipating Dre's 3rd soloalbum heavily, 10 years ago.
the hype came later

it would be great if they would drop snoop or somebody else on this hook part or a 3 verse from them.

I'm pretty sure Dre will be scrapping most of this beat and starting over. A club beat is fine, it just needs to be a well-produced club beat. I'm cool with the featuring Jay-Z and Dr. Dre speaking spanish....as long as its over a dope beat. Not on some amateur shit.

And smh at people complaining about Jay-Z or the lyrics. You have a delusional perspective of what made Dre's other albums great.

Quote
Bitch niggaz paid for hoes, just to lay wit hoes
Relax one night, and paid to stay wit hoes
Captain Save'Em all day (bitch) well save this dick
Bitch nigga, you more of a bitch than a bitch
You ain't into hittin pussy, or hittin the switch
You into hittin bitches off of the grip, you punk bitch

Yeah....uh huh. Half the rappers on 2001 sleepwalked their way through the lyrics and it still ended up being a classic album. Because of the beats.

Atleast them lyrics from 2001 you posted had a cohesive theme behind them and thats hoes...jay-z's lyrics on this jam are all over the place just like most hip hop today.

lmao..you serious? According to that logic Kurupt on XXplosive is better than Nas on NY State of Mind because he sticks to rapping about hoes. Hahahah.

Besides, Dre has certified classics that don't follow a specific theme. Nuthin But a G Thang, The Next Episode, Stranded on Death Row, etc.
