Nationals general manager Mike Rizzo said Strasburg had problems getting his arm loose during his warmups in the bullpen. The phenom is listed as day-to-day. He will have an MRI soon. The phenom was seen warming up before game. When it was announced that he was scratched, the fans at Nationals Park were upset and booed. Strasburg has pitched in nine games and is 5-2 with a 2.32 ERA. He has a team-leading 75 strikeouts.
