nipsey aint the best rapper on the west,but he make the best songs out of all the westcoast artist.he pick the right beats,right hooks,right subjects and everything.he not comeing out rapping southern on southern beats,he keep it 100% westcoast,his look,his sound is all westcoast and aint no other westcoast artist have done that since the west was cracking.so i give nipsey the tittle a sthe best new west artist.
