Did you need Keyshia Cole, Chrisette Michelle or Marsha Ambrosius; somebody who isn't considered a "pop star" in order to be satisfied? You haven't even heard the hook yet.Chrisette Michelle is a pop star

Hardly "pop".& on top of that, in order to be a "star" a basic minimum requirement should be to have a single on iTunes that's in the Top 100, which according to iTunes, she doesn't have.Keri Hilson, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Beyonce; they are pop. If you can't hear the difference, that's your problem.

You can either have HIGHLY popular Keri Hilson sing it & make people check it JUST for the feature or a no-name that would be as good a hook, but less appealing without a big name.Besides recent auto-tuned hooks; popular female artists singing hooks is what sells songs.
maybe this will be a "Message" type track dedicated to his son
