Say u dl'd an album thats 128kbps and u burnt it.
Will the quailty improve if u rip the burnt cd to 320kbpsI have a few a 12" singles that I wanna play on my ipod touch. I've imported some that are 128kpbs and it's fucked up when i listien to them on my ipod.
The albums that I have on my ipod that are 320kbps are clear and sounds much bitter.

No, it'd be like washing your Toyota and assume that it would be a BMW afterwards..

You can make a good quality 320 worse by ripping it in 128 (because it takes away some important details to make the file smaller), but ripping a 128 track in 320 won't make a difference (ripping in higher bitrate won't add details that isn't available) .. shit quality in = shit quality out.

I feel you dude but best way is to look for higher bitrate rips online.

I was hoping it could be done cuz I got rare audio footage like 1900-2-compton and others that are 128kbps.
I've put some songs on my ipod that are 128kbps and it dosn't sound too good on ipod sounds a lot bitter on my pc.

Could be your EQ settings on your PC software...or the quality of your headphones in the iPod?

Whats EQ settings?
My ipod touch is new and the headphone quailty is good. What I don't understand is when I listen to real compton city g's 12" (128kbps) single on my pc it's fine but when I listen to it on my ipod it's soo loud that u can't hear it clearly at all.
I have street heat vol.2 and other dirty red songs that are also 128kbps on my ipod and they sound just fine.
