Does it really matter what coast a rapper is from if they're not from the U.S.? Okay, it doesn't really matter even if they're from the U.S. but Drake's been refered to as a Canadian rapper, Giggs being refered to as a British rapper etc... The only time a non U.S. rapper refered to themselves west coast would be them mexicans or those french who still do G-Funk.
