2nd II None - The Shit. 

Apparently this was meant to be released through Death Row Records although I'm not 100% on that considering they weren't signed to the label.  Either way this has some of the best Quik production on it and the whole album is damn near a G-funk classic.  It leaked a few years ago in CDQ with minimal tagging, so should be easy to find. 

The story goes that when 2Pac signed to Death Row he heard the beat to 'Let's Get Higher' and took it for himself to use for his own song, 'Late Night'.

what's up with that warren g version of "the hard way"...which tracks was supposed to be on this?
