English is his second language.  And as you know (since you apparently have "plenty" of tattoos), shots and tattoos feel a lot different.

For whatever purpose Floyd chose to require the tests, if he suspects his opponent's success is based on more than skill then he has every right to know for sure.

So basically if he's against a good opponent who happens to be doing well, then he must be on steroids... that is Floyd's logic.  It's a bullshit excuse.  Besides, if he's not scared and he's so confident he's going to win, just fight him anyway.  Who gives a fuck if someone is on steroids or not if you're going to win?  De La Hoya knocked out Fernando Vargas, who later tested positive for steroids.  I didn't see De La Hoya crying about tests, while it was Vargas beforehand who was talking shit and trying to get De La Hoya to fight.  Just man up and fight him if you're so fucking good.

And the Mayweathers never got charged in that lil lawsuit that was thrown out.. and there was no settlement.. so... ??

It doesn't take me saying it to make it so.  What about Floyd's argument is rational?  Nothing.  They test for drugs.  Floyd has no proof that the urine tests required by any state athletic commission for boxing are insufficient, yet he thinks he's some fucking scientist who knows better, yet he wants all sorts of extra things and wants to run the show.  Well, he just fell off of The Ring's pound for pound listings since he hasn't fought in a year, so his pull is getting smaller and smaller.  It's a bitch move, as plenty of fighters have mentioned that they'd be down to fight him, like Martinez, Ortiz, Khan, etc.  He doesn't say anything about them.  Why didn't he say anything about Martinez, who once lost to Margarito and Williams, then he knocks Williams the fuck out with the dude's eyes still open.  Is that not suspicious of steroid use?

Okay, so post up the article then, if you're referring to "recent" info.  The dismissal on the part of the defendants (De La Hoya/Golden Boy and the Mayweathers) was thrown out and the case is continuing.  That's why they're all backpedaling now.  If you actually read interviews (some from the past couple of weeks), Floyd Sr. was saying (it's on FightHype.com) something about how he never said that he thought Pacquiao was on PEDs and that people were misquoting him, which is him trying to cover his tracks since the case is still going through.
