That clip is actually of two tracks, the first and longest part is of "I'm So Crooked."  The second part is of "Cali Luv 3".  I believe these clips are from the promo that FTP released for their "Say Hi to the Bad Guy" ep because it features that intro from Kurupt.  Interestingly, that part didn't show up on the song itself when they actually put out their ep.  There was a different version of "I'm So Crooked" on the LSN "Say Hi to the Bad Guy" bootleg, but it didn't have the Kurupt intro either.

damn, I thought maybe there is a full version with a kurupt verse
who knows, maybe FTP just added the kurupt intro to the snippet and it never was part of the song
