Nas' God's Son has been certified PLATINUM by the RIAA as of January 14, 2003.
Thanks to the true Nas fans!

Nas went Platinum in exactly a month from the time he dropped, damn!

i wish king suge was here to say the album suckes an was a sales flop but wont mention wont mention how the blueprint 2 sales flopped when it was a double album for 12-15 bucks

Who would of thought that Nas would reach platinum before Snoop?  Snoop had a 2 week head start and a Neptunes produced lead single.

It makes sense... Snoop's album was good, but Nas's was tight, and everything his released since Jigga dissed him as been good. I think Nas is earning his spot on top the throne.

This is great news because finally an album has gone platinum that truly deserves it based on it's quality. But yeah, truly, sales don't define this album, or any album at that.
