There is this vocal sample at the beginning of Snoop's 'Groupie' song -
It's the woman going, "hey baby you wanna go out, you wanna go out honey?"

Same exact woman saying the same exact thing is on the end of Brotha Lynch Hung's 'Real Loccs' at 3.54 onwards -

I also heard the same thing in the movie 'Idiocracy' at one point, just randomly used in the background.

So I guess the earliest of these is Brotha Lynch's, but he's talking over it, and the others don't have his voice, so he must have sampled it from somewhere as well?

Anyone know where it's from originally? Sounds like they all took it from some earlier movie or something.

Suga Foot

I've been trying to find that out for a long time.  I think it's just from a stock sounds cd, but it could have originally been from a movie or something.  I saw a video of a scream that sound engineers use in movies all the time too

that same clip is also in the Borat movie.  i thought they got it from the doggfather album, but they all obviously got it from somewhere else

Damn, props if you're right! I'ma go watch the movie to make sure... from 1987 and about bars, so seems very plausible... I'd need to see the woman actually saying it though, if it's just in the background, it could be a stock sound that everyone is using...

I think it's just from a stock sounds cd, but it could have originally been from a movie or something.

Word, it's odd that it's used in so many places, so you'd think even if it's originally from a movie, it has been logged in some sound library somewhere, so everyone finds it when they're looking for the same thing

Also, thanks guys for the heads up on it being in Borat, 2Pac, Richie Rich, etc. I didn't know it was used so much!
