Saying that he's NOT exaggerating is stupid..
Busta comes hard at times, but check "Ass on your shoulders" for the exact opposite of hard flow..
Busta can do almost anything, but you're funny if you say he has the hardest flow in rap..
But still they are worth a mention on my list, because they CAN do it..

check Mystikal when he was down with his Boot Camp Clique...and check Busta from his Native Tongue days...those were some of the hardest flows out...if u aint heard it then thats why u say what u do....
