Mannie's one of the best to ever do it. There's not much of it available, but his R&B productions are great too! :)

i find his early big tymer work borrows heavily from dj quiks production model.

in house bass player and keyboard player while manny oversees the whole shit....i love how you can tell alot of that shit was recorded on vintage equipment.

they didnt invent the southern sound
bounce was around before Geto Boys came around, but it was limited to New Orleans.. Houston had their own niché in due time wit Rap-Alot and then screw-music, (and Memphis wit Three 6 Mafia)

but bounce broke the barriers thru a mainstream-perspective, when Ca$h Money raped the industry

yeah that interview was great, 2 hours sounds like a lot for one interview but really  you probably gonna spend 2 hours reading random rap shit anyway....

i knew cash money were holding out on him but damn he really got fucked bad. mannie aint done he dropped some gems the past few years, he has 'contractual issues' that i hope he works out.

lmao @ Mannie Fresh creating the Southern sound.

Sporty T was doin shit before Mannie Fresh and so were alotta people *Bounce is what GoGo Music is to DC and what house music is to Baltimore*.  Mannie Fresh didn't invent it, he brought it to tha masses and helped innovate it.

fuck bounce and fuck gogo...im not talking about that...im talking about the southern sound he created in his beats.

what i wantyou to do is go pop in an old hot boys cd then i want you to go to your radio and find your fave urban station.

you hear the rolling hi hats and the doubletimed 808 base rolls? thats manny.

not saying hes the only person who can do it but he did it first.
