With that extra wild card this year's post season ought to be interesting (not sure if it can top last year though).
Lots of other interesting things I'm keeping my eyes on too like,
*Another great season from Joey Bats
*Hopefully bounce back seasons from Ichiro & Dunn
*Bryce Harper & Yu Darvish's debut
*Jamie Moyer pitching at age 49
*Seeing exactly how much better the Yankees rotation actually got
*Seeing how Posey & Strasburg do after spending most of their 2011s on the DL
*If Barry Bonds & Sosa can get in the Hall Of Fame (or get enough votes to make them eligible again next year)
*If Piazza can get into the HOF on the first ballot

Mariners win the world series  8). On a more serious note I am happy to see Pineda off to a bad start in NY.

LOL, in all seriousness I think Pineda is gonna be great (was an all star for us last year) but anytime we trade someone I root for them to fail and if its the Yankees you know I have to twice as hard  :P

lol, yeah. I got confidence in him.

This season honestly comes down to A-Rod & Tex playing at all-star levels. If Curtis can play 3/4's of what he was last year, same with Cano & A-Rod & Tex hitting, we'll be beautiful.

Unless of course Kuroda's stuff isn't enough to beat the AL East, Pineda's 2nd half ends up as a nightmare, whoever gets the 4 & 5 spot(s) starts off to a bad start & barely gets 10 wins, David Robertson's injury suddenly gets worse & can't play for the rest of the season and Mariano Rivera decides to end his career during the middle of the season.
