so when u mix the dro and tobacco thats a spliff, the lil paper u put in the end is a crutch  

but if u only got a lil bit of weed just use a pipe, or if u dont got one.. use an apple, or a bottle n make a gravity bong, knife hits too

oh and yes a spliff would have the same effect as a joint while u get ur tobacco fix.
