Since in the Daz RRGB Thread it was posted by DoBuyAlbums & Infinite that OG was a leftover from DF but its not on the list if I looked right, can anyone confirm this and maybe also one or two more tracks ? @Infinite & @DoBuyAlbums maybe you know a couple more...

I think its the track listed as Gangstas Life. Snoop says it late in the song

Yeah seems likely now that you say it....
Maybe we can name some more of the tracks on that timeline....
There are surely some of the skits on there.

What about the features snoop did outside the death row camp during these days ? Anyone here got some songs from that era ?

WestSideDon

Looked it up a bit and snoop wasn't really doin much features outside the dr camp, something he mentioned in an interiew once i think. He talked bout suge not authorizing features outside the dr camp, and how master p let him literally do what he wanted feature wise...
But on topic O.G. shouldve definetely been on the album, just fits the mood perfectly and the song is a classic  8)
And theres more songs of that caliber that couldve made the album a classic..

Actually nah, it doesn't fit the album.

*i know this belongs n the hook up spot but i wanna share this with the world*

This is an album with the best of the 96' recording sessions... A more gangsta version of Tha Doggfather... the Snoop that we all love.  Part II with all of the more positive songs like (2001 & ujtb) will be on that.
I added beats behind the Intros and Outros and Ride 4 Me

"Ride 4 Me"  http://www.zshare.net/audio/58108865299b53ef/   :o
"Tha Outro" http://www.zshare.net/audio/581091292cc0700e/

Now Pitchfork'd is a style of Mixing created by me that pretty much gives the record a more gritty and grimier sound.  A more dusty and darker vibe but same tempo... some of the songs have lil' skips in them but everytime i tried to change the sample rate it always froze...so fuck it.

here's an example of what I mean:

yeah If I remember correctly Soopa produced 2 of those tracks...I think LT produced the other one

WestSideDon

Yup seemingly Soopafly produced Quite Obvious & Once Again, while LT Hutton did "Got To Do Wrong"
If I remember "Once Again" even leaked quite a time prior to the album release ?

Wassup, I'm not sure about it but i just listened to the song "The Shit For This" by Snoop & Tray Deee, and this could damn good be a doggfather track. From snoops flow to the beat and a feature with tray deee to the additional title of the song beeing "21 Jump Street Part 2" (the original was also snoop & tray deee on the mwtc soundtrack) it seems very likely. And then there is of course a line by snoop that goes:

Nigga you ain't ready for this shit we're about to bring,
Now you all hail the doggfather kiss my ring

What y'all think ?

Also theres another question I'm sure somebody here can help me out with:

Who's the guy in the ride 4 me skit (the one where snoop is giving his homie an advice for a robbery) ? It's bad azz I think, but don't know fo sure.
And on the other skit with that sentrelle song playing in the background also on this album, is that bow wow that snoop is talking to ?

Yeah, unfortunately there is no information on it in the booklet either
