Now Phil is gone & he's still under .500 with the most talented roster in the league. It's really not debatable. The Mavs got help around Dirk who didn't choke, OKC emerged, the Spurs got healthy, the Grizzles & Clippers were becoming stronger & Kobe had more of a challenge of people to get through & couldn't do it.
