isnt there like one way where it benefits you in building up more?
what i do (or did, i havent worked out in months) is eat a few bananas or a protein bar before i work out, to give me that little energy boost. then while i'm working out just drink lots of water. Then i'll eat a meal like 30mins-1hour after my work out.im no expert, but i find that works for me
been out for 4 hours on my board - leg/cardio+upper body flexibility(since its springi'm gonna have my dinner shower then do some more liftin the weights before bedi'm just fuckin wit some hand held weights atm (just a couple kilo's on each hand)i did use the weights regularly for a while before and noticed the diff on my chest/arms but i stopped
I drink a protien shake 30 minutes before work out, and I go work out, Dont do any cardio before lifting weights, I know they say you got too to warm up, buts its all bullshit,
