Question about:

Joe Beast feat. Brooklyn - In The Hood (Similar beat to 50 Cent's "In the hood")

I heard a track from one of his Aftermath tapes called In The Hood, but Brooklyn wasn't in it and it wasn't really like 50's version. So that can't be the one. Then I heard another one called Riding Thru The Hood Freestyle (ft. Brooklyn) which is just a freestyle over 50's track featuring an extra verse from Brooklyn. Are neither of these that above track? Any help on this one? If it is that freestyle, should it be here?

^^ Hmm, might be.. you sure it was just a freestyle, or did it sound like it could be another version of the track?

Here is that In The Hood track:

& here is the Riding Thru The Hood Freestyle ft. Brooklyn:

Both are from different tapes from '04 I believe. Doubt that first one has anything to do with Dre, and the other one is just a freestyle with Brooklyn, it is even named a freestyle on the mixtape's tracklist. Pretty sure thats the one on the first page too, but maybe there was an original version that I have no clue about?

Also, shouldn't Shit Popped Off be listed under Dre instead of T.I., since he is clearly ghosting the lyrics for Dre, and it was on the commercial?

Lol I thought so, did Dre then have a hand in the original?

DJ Green Lantern produced it, Dre is credited for additional production and mixing.

i was gonna ask about the mixing credits because of this track. there are some subte extra elements in the final version and a low-end thump that sounds like a dre mix 8)

feat. Chace Infinite - Assassins L.L.C.
off a DJ Muggs-mixtape

there's NO way Dre had anythin to do wit that one. his verse is even recycled. what's the source for this one? i bet a MILLION dat's not Dre-production right there. fucc no..
