sway didn't "check" him. he just put him respectfully in his place and kept it professional and managed to calm Kanye West down, he wasn't mean and he didn't go off, he handled the situation perfectly and you could tell he was genuinely embarassed for Kanye and that he tried to save face for him. you can tell that they're really friends and that he had his best interest in mind.
