ESeeing Polar Express put me in the spirit and made me appreciate the ice in a way I've never appreciated it before.  When you are 30 like me you have to exercise on the regular and along with yoga I do bike riding now.  Its real nice around here when it warms up just enough to ride but I can still catch the visuals of ice, snow and frost and I like riding off road and backstreets and thru snow, its kind of unorthodox mode of exercise but its what I do these days
