New School sounding Old School?
« on: February 27, 2014, 02:51:49 AM »
I'm sure you guys get suggestion threads every two seconds, but hey, another can't hurt.

I've pretty much exhausted the best from the west at this point, and I'm looking for new stuff to listen to. I'm not really into the newer sounding music from guys like Kendrick Lemar, I'm more into say Mac Lucci - Cali Life or Nipsie Hussle - Hussle In The House (Two newer examples).

Because the west has so many names putting out music, it's had to go through the music you're not as much of a fan of to get to the stuff you'll love, so has anyone got any suggestions of current guys on the west making music which captures the old school sound?
