Speakin of Guilani,  every person that does not live in one of tha five borroughs of NYC (Mahattan,  Brooklyn ,  Queens,  Bronx,  Staten Island)  look from tha outside an say he is doin a great job,  u ask people who live in tha city or lived in tha city an u would be surprised at how many cant stand him.  Every1 looks at crime an see how it has gone down,  there is a lot of crime that never gets reported b/c of tha cops not gettin to a crime scene in time,  a lot of people b4 tha whole WTC tradgedy,  hated tha NYPD wit a passion b/c they are so arrogant.  Also all across tha country since Guilani,  crime in a whole has been going down,  but tha whole major crime in NYC that has gone down has been murder's .  In every other catagory such as robberies, rape,  drugs,  etc... NY is still in tha top 3-5 in most of those catagorys.  Also look at tha NYC school system,  it is in ruins,  they are broke,  flat broke.  One thing I gotta give Guilani though is that he handled tha whole WTC tradgedy great an u couldnt ask for a better job so far.
