Nas Called 'A Snake' By DJ Kay Slay - Mar 31, 2003

DJ Kay Slay is very upset with his labelmate, Nas, for failing to show up to the video shoot for "Too Much For Me" featuring Nas, Baby, Amerie, and Foxy Brown. The song is the lead single from Kay Slay's forthcoming set, The Streetsweeper Vol. 1, which is due out April 29.

Kay Slay referred to Nas as "a snake" on WQHT-FM for failing to show up for the video, which was shot in New York City last week.

Sources close to Nas maintain that the rapper was in Los Angeles, and that he is currently unhappy with execs at his label, Columbia Records, which might have factored into his no-show.

Kay Slay's The Streetsweeper Vol. 1 also features guest appearances from 50 Cent, Fat Joe, Scarface, Raekwon, E-40, Mobb Deep, Busta Rhymes, Keith Murray, MC Ren, and Cam'ron.

Nas is losing love... fast. First 50 Cent, now this. Oh well, he's got no one but himself to blame.
