I used to drink Sobe's back when I lived in the US... Those drinks use to give me a nice little high before going to work... it's pretty clean energy relying mostly on Ginseng.

...as far as alcoholic beverages that's a bit of a risk, because it's kind of a false mood changer followed by a crash, so if things don't go well for you on that particular night you can easily turn into an asshole...better to stay righteous and stay green if possible

I'm up North now, fairly close to the Vancouver boarder. Haven't actually lived in Seattle for a few years. I grew up in the 360 though.

Why do you guys like drinking so much?  Is it a lot on your mentals to go through mood changes like that.  High then low, up then down, day in and day out?

Not to mention once you get up to 30 like me staying healthy, in shape, keeping your wieght down.
