never was his biggest fan but I grew up watching the dude for years.  ESPN highlights haven't been the same since he had to step down to fight cancer.

Definitely a good dude... very inspirational. My mom battled cancer too and had passed away literally the weekend after his speech, so it hit close to home for my family.

he was 49 so at least he got to live it up for awhile.  feel bad for his family though.
