That dude will lose that lawsuit.  Unless something illegal was done or part of the contract was unfulfilled, there isn't much that can be done.

Not to say he got a fair deal, but there have been articles on this before, long before the $3 billion acquisition.  Jimmy and Dre showed up with a team of lawyers while the other guy was unprepared and negotiated on his own behalf.  He didn't think to seek legal representation before he let Dre know what it felt like to be Jerry Heller.

Wouldn't surprise me at all, the world of business is fucked. Most people towards the top of a given industry didn't get there without stepping on a few people along the way. But yeah, like the guy above me said they probably don't have much of a case.
