anyways  i think my max is 235 or somewhere around that area but i usually rep at 180

I tried to bench 300lbs once and ended up on the floor with a bar on my neck gasping for air. So much for my homies spottin' for me  :-/...

The most I ever benched successfully though is about 125lbs. Kinda weak for someone my size but I don't got a bench of my own and its too damn far from my house.

I work out cuz I got my own machine in my garage. The problem is I can lift almost all the wieghts that are on the thing and it goes up only to about 130 so I don't have much of a challenge.

Well I havent lifted in 4 years... but back then in my freshman year I  lifted 105lbs... I'm sure I could do 150 by now... , but I dont lift..
