A Question about the music video for the remix of Luniz-Five on It

OK me and acgrundy were talking about the Luniz, E-40, Richy-Rich - 5 on it (remix0 video, and I thought that E-40 was dressed as a chick in that video, at 1:42 where he begins his verse we see a chick dressed in red and I think that is E-40....Acgrundy disagrees, so what do yall think???

I dunno it just struck me the first time I saw that video for some reason, and it stuck  ???
