Curtis young is pretty bloody annoying (especially saying he doesn't want to be in his dad's shadow yet mentions being his son constantly). However it's good to see him here as it gives the film a little extra credibility.

Personally, even though I've hear he don't have his hands in his daddy's pockets, I'd be going straight to the mall n Maxim out all my credit cards if I was Curtis n sending daddy the bill...

Yeah its wise for him to use his dad as his leverage...the labels will push him a Dre's son anyway. Its the best chance he has at making it big.

Pretty cool info here. I gotta say: the actors cast to play the young DPG look pretty accurate. Especially the young Daz - that is exactly what he looked like before he became fat and his face expanded (though perhaps this is from drugs rather than food).

Not sure about the resemblance of everyone else...the Dre actor looks too old for The Chronic era....and is that a young RBX in the group picture?
