Is God an Angel? No! Is the devil an angel, albeit a fallen one? Yes! Satan can't be God. Oh and the God of the Old Testament is the same God of the New Testament. You would of been better asking if the God of The Bible is Satan, the way your question is formed, assumes they are two separate Gods, and that's exactly what both the Old and New Testament teach against. My question to you is why do you think God is Satan? Could you elaborate please?

Both are a means to free yourself from the responsibility for your own actions.

An attempt to infuse your existence with something bigger, something you can hold on to in the face of the overwhelming indifference of the universe.

An excuse for being afraid of the solitude of what you call a 'self'.

A construct to reassure yourself of your exeptionalism.

I would say quite the opposite. But I am a fool.
