Snoop Dogg’s song “Ain’t No Fun (If the Homies Can’t Have None)” off his debut album Doggystyle is probably one of the most raunchy and well know tracks from the ’90s. According to two rappers, Antonio White and Craig Ward, who just filed a lawsuit against everyone involved in the song including Suge Knight and Dr. Dre, the famous hook of the song was stolen from them 25 years ago.

According to TMZ, the L.A. artists, recently filed a lawsuit in court claiming the chorus was originally theirs. In court documents they claim to have penned the hook for a song they wrote called “Aint No Fun” for their album in 1991. They go on to claim to have played the song for Suge Knight, Snoop and Kurupt. Knight supposedly offered them a record deal with Death Row in return for the song.

They claim Suge reneged on his word and even admitted to doing them dirty in an interview with Rolling Stone in 2013. The two men are seeking damages and lost profit. Also named in the suit are Nate Dogg, Warren G and Kurupt who are also featured on the track.

Doggystyle is widely considered Snoop’s best album and is a certified West Coast classic. The album has sold over 7 million copies in the United States and over 11 million copies worldwide.

Snoop is currently on the High Road Tour with Wiz Khalifa.

Took them 23 years to file a lawsuit? The judge should refuse to hear the case on the grounds of them being too fuckin lazy to care sooner.

Good luck proving any of that. What are they going to bring to the case, a scrap of paper with the lyrics for carbon date checking ?? Ridiculous, indeed
