damn this a toughie...

bottom i'd put "No More Mr. Nice Guy" just coz it sounds dated now... but 'premier in deep concentration' is tight... next from bottom.. ermm 'moment of truth'... too many rehashed themes....

2nd + 3rd place... arghh i cant choose anymore.... ummm
i'll say "Hard To Earn" has an edge... so thats 2nd and 3rd is "Daily Operation"

tops i'll put  "Step In The Arena"

I'm gonna have to go with Seer on this one, for me Step In The Arena is probably their best album. It's quite funny seeing the differences in opinion cause KVB has this album as his least favourite of the Gangstarr albums.

^ yeah i noticed that :)

btw.. anyone feeling the need to get into gang starr should buy the dual disk 'full clip' 10th anniv compilation they put out.. its tight.. has some cool b-sides and remixes on too!

ohh yeah... they also reissued 'no more mr nice guy' recently, i believe its remastered and has 3 bonus tracks.. this is the version i have of that album.

Yeah people who are trying to get into them should definitely check the Full Clip CD cause it lets you see which phase of Gangstarr is your favourite, whether you like the earlier more jazz orientated productions or the later harder productions and it helps a lot when deciding which is their actual albums to buy first. Plus you get those dope as hell remixes to the Militia with Rakim and WC and the You Know My Steedz remix with Kurupt and Lady of Rage.
