Two singles won’t last or keep peoples interest until January he would need a strong hit or release a song every few weeks until it dropped. Truthfully I think LL just did the best possible run of promo and singles and video out out to pace his album, one of the major singles and buzz was the track with Em the leaked and he had the bear redone and a video to set it up again

LL did his thing as a Legacy artist with good promo run of interviews on major podcast and media you knew a Album was coming from him or something and he had another legacy producer Q Tip also serving as Sole producer

Hopefully X matches or tops that energy promotion wise and content wise … I been a huge fan since 40 Dayz which. Is his best work cohesively and he truly has a hard time working and staying relevant and consistent not sure if this is his “last album” as I’ve heard he is saying that

I hope you're right. January is a long way to wait if X's first two singles are coming out in October.

Anyhow, I just got to Weapons of Mass Destruction in my Xzibit catalog re-listen and man that album was a heater. X's lyrics and his passion in all of his songs just don't let up. He's a true artist in this industry and deserved a lot more recognition.

No set release date yet. The first single Play This At My Funeral drops on 10/11 (tomorrow) and then the second single Been A Long Time 2 drops 10/25. Nothing else is confirmed beyond those two dates.
