underrated rapper of all time

In the early days I would have said that Bad Azz is one of the most underrated rappers, but I won't do this now. There are just to many really dope rappers out in Cali that deserve that title. Just take a look at rapper like Tray Deee, Bad Azz or one of my favourite rappers Lil Chill.

Underrated: Royce Da 5'9" & Havoc

Overrated: Canibus & Ras Kass (can't get their act together and make a really dope album)

Well it depend how u are defining over-rated, if u are talking about ppl on the net then yeh u could say Ras and Bus are over-rated.

If u are talking about real life then NO WAY, Soul on ice which imo is the best lyrical album ever sold 60,000 worldwide. Rasassination barley scraped 100,000, over-rated rappers don't achieve these kind of sales.

Same goes with Canibus, 2000BC and mic club are 2 dope album and both sold wak.

I would call that being slept-on not underrated.  I used those two terms differently.

i'd say Krazy from no limit, his breathier life CD was tighhtt,
um south park mexican was pretty underrated before his legal issues
TQ is starting to come up but was definately underrated
Z-Ro is pretty tight
also underground cat by the name of Andre Nicktina, good shit, hoping to see him come up in the game, i know there is hella more but can't think of them at this time

Ras, Immortal Technique and Tray Deee are prolly the most underrated rappers. Warren and Quik get my votes for most underrated producers. It's a shame.

Goldie Loc (I think that he's a tight rapper but some people don't like him)

Chicano Rap Artists (Such as Mr. Lil One, Mr. Shadow, Lil Rob, Jay Tee, Baby Beesh, etc. Some people don't even acknowledge chicano rap)
