Feels like the West never fell off when I hear this
« on: March 12, 2021, 11:01:54 AM »

Tell me Payroll doesn't sound like he evolved straight from 96 to now? So refreshing to hear something new, fresh yet vintage with proper flows, enunciation and beats. Someone up that discography in the Hookup.

Recognize.

Wow, I’ve been sleeping!  Thx for putting me onto game; I checked the album and didn’t skip a track.  Shades of old Ant Banks productions, hints of Warren Gs sounds on the Twins Album...this shit is amazing

Doesn't it? It really brings that old thang back but with a new twist. Plus there is proper enunciation and dope flows. Gotta spread the gospel because so many are dozing. Check out Larry June too:

Not on Payrolls level but the vibe is nice.
