What are your favorite CBO tracks? These uplifting urban ditties are notably nihilistic and lyrical:





C def didn't get his props even though he's been a legend who influenced many artists.

No doubt. Apart from his obvious influence on Pac you can tell that Death Row era Crooked I (the best part of his career) studied his style and flow as he incorporated so much of him into his delivery. You can see why Pac gave such huge props to the Bay for making him who he was as he truly found his voice when out there and they all in turn helped shape the legend.

C-Bo is in many ways like a Westcoast Redman. Criminally underrated but hugely influential and those who know, know.

Like Pac he's one of those rappers I associate most with the Bay because thats where he came up. Speaking of:



Plus his style is saturated in that Yay Area game that all the dope spitters from that era had running through em. Funny how the town has so many people claiming it and it in turn equally takes them in with open arms.
