Lady of Rage 1997 album discussion thread

<< < (4/4)

BIGWORM:
Album is tight for what it is. In my opinion it wasn't very cohesive.

Dee Tha AK:
The album was kind of out of place and out of blue as whole rages east coast oriented style on drr.

I recall reading she didn't like "Afro Puffs" cause it was too west coast production wise.

She was always on other stuff like freestyle fellowship tip, battle lyricism which I personally don't really like with more boom bap east coast production.

Funny story: Suge met DJ Preemo on the Street rumors biggie was there too and Sure told Premier he didn't really like Production on Rates album. Idk how true but I still disagree with Suge & somehow like the album even I prefer other Artists over Rage.

This Premier Cut is Ill af:

Another Dope one (Sean "Barney" Thomas):

Hurt M Badd/Tyrone Wrice (B-Rezell):

Daz Dillinger, B.G.O.T.I.
on the Vocals
