Great find.. crazy we are in 2022 and we still catch gems like this from the Death Row days.. any background on any of these Big Pimpin leftovers??

...Dre was a genius and finding guys like this and putting them in the right spots.  I was just thinking the other day about the spots they used Ricky Harris in.  When I was a kid it was pre-internet and I didn't even realize that Ricky Harris was the same funny cat providing the comic relief at the beginning of "Gin and Juice", "Murder Was the Case" videos and also doing those voices on the WBalls call ins for the Dogg Food album.

All that shit was dope not only for the heads, but I went to pretty much an all white school in the suburbs of middle America in the 6th grade and all the kids were running around saying, "Snoop Doggy Dogg, you need to get a jobby job" that was Ricky Harris coming up with shit like that that caught on everywhere..

Apparantly Big Pimpin was like just some cool dude Dre and Suge met one day at muscle beach who was sellin porno mags or something like that

Pointless "artist" - mumbling talking which has no musical value. He was good as a skit but giving him beat???? WTF

Maybe so but Dre put him in all the right spots and got the most out of him at Death Row.  One thing that weakened after Dre left Death Row were the skits, intros, and comedy that the Death Row albums contained.
