I AM Running through how to complete the Common Law land patent to secure your property from ever being able to be foreclosed on or taken from you using Common Law. If you plan on discharging your house you might want to do this Process in order to have it secured prior to any hearings or confrontation with anyone claiming to have equitable interest in YOUR HOUSE!!!  After you run it in the local news paper 3X get an affidavit of publishing from them you will include this with everything you are filing at the county recorders office.
