I wonder why was this album shelved? I feel like a lot of songs on here had the potential to be minor hits.

I recall  an interview of 2nd 2 none (KK i believe) the gist of it is that they were affraid to officially sign to Death Row, Suge offered  them lots of money (like 6 figures advance money) but ultimately declined. Probably  the best decision for them, not for us
